What is Project-Based Consulting?
In my past experience working with consultants, I've had a few core projects I want them to work on. But because billing is done by the hour, many agencies and consulting services require a retainer or some other type of commitment. By the end of these agreements, I am struggling to find things for the consultant to do to fill the hours I committed to. Hey there, nice to meet you! My name is John Steele and I am a 12-year veteran of digital marketing & communications. For most of my career, I have served the startup/SMB tech space, usually joining as the first or second marketing hire.
