automation & analytics

I help growing companies connect their tools, fix their tracking, and build reporting that actually tells the truth. It's time to stop guessing and start making decisions.

32-1
Sound Familiar?

what's at stake

These are the problems I solve every week. If any of these hit close to home, we should talk.

Data Leak

GTM & GA4

You installed GA4 but nobody configured it properly. Events aren't firing, form submissions aren't being recorded, and you're not sure if the data you do have is even accurate.

At Stake

If your tracking is broken at the source, everything downstream — your reports, your ad optimization, your attribution — is built on a lie.

Efficiency Gap

broken reporting

You have GA4, HubSpot, maybe a few ad platforms — but nobody's consolidated them into a single view. Leadership is asking questions you can't answer without pulling three exports and spending two hours.

At Stake

Manual reporting leads to mistakes. Mistakes lead to faulty data. Faulty data leads to wasted ad budget.

Blind Spot

lead attribution

Your forms are submitting but the CRM has no idea where the lead originated. UTMs are inconsistent, source fields are blank, and you can't tell sales which campaign is actually working.

At Stake

Without proper form tracking and source attribution, your best-performing campaigns are invisible — and you'll keep funding the wrong ones.

Not a generalist. Not an agency. A senior HubSpot specialist who does the strategy and the hands-on work.

Package 1

analytics & reporting

Your tracking is broken, your reports are manual, and your tools are telling you different stories. This package audits your entire analytics setup and rebuilds it so the data you're looking at is actually accurate.

Deliverables
  • GA4 property audit and configuration
  • Google Tag Manager setup / cleanup
  • Conversion event and form submission tracking
  • UTM standardization and source attribution cleanup
  • Traffic source classification and channel grouping
  • Cross-platform reporting (GA4, HubSpot, ad platforms)
  • Custom dashboard builds — one source of truth for leadership
  • Attribution modeling tied back to actual spend
Package 2

automated efficiency

This package starts with a review of how your team actually operates — finding where manual steps are slowing you down — then builds the integrations and automated workflows to replace them.

Deliverables
  • Manual workflow audit — identify where automation creates efficiency
  • Cross-platform integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script, APIs)
  • Form and data routing between tools
  • Automated notifications, task creation, and data syncs
  • CRM data enrichment via connected sources
  • Spam and fraud prevention for form submissions
  • Ongoing support, maintenance, and documentation

THE PROCESS

what an automation & analytics project
actually looks like

No mystery. No black box. Here's exactly what happens from day one through launch and beyond.

1

audit & diagnose

Every engagement starts here. For Analytics, that means reviewing your current tracking setup--how data flows into your reporting tools and what gets counted. For Automation, it means sitting with your team to map manual workflows and exploring automation. Nothing gets built until we know exactly what's broken.

Week 1–2
2

strategy & architecture

For Analytics, I define the full measurement plan, scope and timeline. For Automation, I map the integration architecture — which tools need to talk to each other, what data needs to move where, and what triggers what.

Week 2–3
3

build & configure

The hands-on work. For Analytics, its implementing GTM tags and triggers, configuring GA4 events, cleaning up UTMs, and building dashboards. On the Automation side, its building cross-platform integrations, setting up data syncs, and automating manual tasks.

Week 3–6
4

test & deploy

Every tag, automation, notification, event, form and report is validated using our custom QA scripts and cross-browser / cross-device testing plan. We make sure the data ends up where it should.

Week 6–7
5

support & documentation

Your stack changes. Tools get updated, new campaigns need new tracking, and integrations occasionally break. We offer full documentation of all changes made and, if need be, we can stay on to monitor as your business evolves. If additions are needed, we're available anytime.

When agencies want to expand their scope, take on new clients and explore new industries, they're faced with difficult choices. Do you hire a whole new team? A new division? Do you onboard a new technology? Instead, many agencies choose white-label freelancers specializing in the needs of agency clients.

frequently asked
 questions

What kinds of tracking issues can you fix?

If it involves GA4, GTM, form submissions, cross-domain tracking, UTM attribution, CRM integration, or conversion events not firing correctly — that's core JSC work. I've fixed tracking setups for conference registration sites, lead generation businesses, e-commerce, and agency client rosters across a wide range of industries.

Do you work directly with my existing tools or do I need to switch platforms?

I work with what you have. Most tracking and automation issues don't require new tools — they require someone who understands how the existing tools should talk to each other and where the connections have broken down.

How are you different from other agencies?

I don't work with junior-level talent — I'm an executive-level strategist and I work with senior-level talent. We also offer strategy and execution in the same engagement for one hourly rate--no retainer, no account managers. You get direct access to the person doing the work, with documentation when we're done, and a system your team can actually maintain.

Can you work with my existing agency?

Yes. JSC works as a white-label execution partner for agencies regularly. I deliver under your brand, within your project management system, and to your client standards. See the Globe Runner case study above.
